Manage your organization’s team in Koppert One by adding or removing users and setting their permissions for orders, history, and scouting.
How to Add Team Members and Assign Permissions:
1. Access the Organization Page
- Navigate to the Organization page via your dashboard, or from the main menu, or by clicking Organization.
2. Click Create team member
-Locate the green button labeled Create team member on the right side of the screen and click it.
3. Enter Team Member Details
- Email: the new team member's email address.
- Name: the new team member's full name.
- Country: this determines the language and date-format settings for the new team member.
- Enterprise(s): Assign the appropriate enterprise(s). You will only see enterprises that you are connected to.
- Role(s): Select one or more role from the available options (Scout, Grower, or Orderer).
- Scout: can only perform scouting tasks and cannot view or manage order-related information.
- Grower: can view ordered products, quantities, and shipping dates, but their access is limited to viewing only.
- Orderer: can place and modify orders, and have access to pricing information and invoices.
Access to the Side Effects page is available to all users by default.
Users can have multiple roles, such as both scouting and ordering permissions.
Users with Grower or Orderer roles can add team members with equal or lower permissions.
- Click on the button Create to finish setting up the new user and automatically send an email invitation.
Elements on the screen - Organization
- Page Title: Team
- Search Bar: Located at the top of the team list, allowing users to quickly filter team members by name or email.
- Create team member Button: Located next to the search bar, this button opens the Create Team Member form.
- Team Member List: Lists all users with access to your organization(s). Each row includes:
- Name: Full name of the team member.
- Email: Contact email address.
- Enterprise: The enterprise(s) the team member is linked to.
- View button: allows you to view or edit details for an existing team mate.

- Page Title: Create team member
- Arrow: Click to return to the Organization page.
- Email: Input field for the team member’s email address.
- Name: Input field for the team member’s full name.
- Roles: Field with the option to assign one or more user roles.
- Country: Dropdown menu to select the team member’s country.
- Enterprise(s): Dropdown menu to connect the new team member to one or more enterprises you are linked to.
- Cancel Button: Returns you to the Organization page, discarding any entered information.
- Create Button: Saves the new team member based on the entered details and automatically sends an invitation to the new team member's email address.
