Getting started with Koppert One: A Quick Start Guide

Welcome to Koppert One — your all-in-one platform for managing your orders, view invoice history, and explore IPM and side-effect insights — all in one place.

 

Logging In

    To access Koppert One, go to Koppert.one and log in using your Koppert credentials.

Navigating Koppert One

At the top right of the screen, you can select the Enterprise whose invoices, order history, and upcoming orders you want to view (only applicable to users that are linked to more than one enterprise). Before taking any actions, it's recommended to verify if the correct company has been selected.


When you log in to Koppert One, you’ll land on the dashboard — a central starting point that gives you quick access to all modules available to you. There are four modules in Koppert One (Order, Knowledge, Scout, and Organization).
 

    Order

View and manage your order history, upcoming orders, and invoices. This is your go-to tab for tracking and planning product deliveries. 


    Scout 

Discover trends in pest development and beneficial insect counts to know when to act. This module redirects you to https://www.natutecscout.com, where you can log in with your Natutec Scout account. This provides access to Natutec Scout from within Koppert One.


    Knowledge

In the knowledge module, you’ll find your Visit reports as well as the improved version of the Side Effects App. Use this module to find the visit reports written by your Koppert consultants, or explore product compatibility and side-effect data relevant to your IPM strategy.


    Organization 

Manage users and their access within your organization. You can invite new users, and control access to locations as well as functionality by assigning roles to your teammembers.
