Organization - Understanding User Roles

This article provides an overview of the different user roles in Koppert One. Users can be assigned multiple roles to grant them additional permissions and access to specific features within Koppert One. 


Overview of User Roles

Koppert consultants have a dedicated Advisor role, which can only be assigned to Koppert employees. Advisors have full access to any organization they are linked to and are the only users who can create Visit Reports.


RoleAccess & Permissions

Basic

- Access to Side Effects
- Able to create account through self sign-up
Scout
- Access to Scout and Side Effects
- Requires an invitation from someone within the organization
Grower
- Access to Organization (can invite Growers or Scouts only)
- View-only access to Orderlist and Planner
- Cannot view pricing or Invoices.
- Requires an invitation from a Grower or Orderer in the same organization
Orderer
- Access to Organization (can assign any role) 
- Full access to Orderlist and Planner including editing
- Can view pricing and Invoices.
- Requires an invitation from an Orderer in the same organization
