Visit reports - Finding and understanding Visit reports

This article shows you how to find visit reports and understand what content is searchable in the search bar — so you can easily access the insights you need.

 

How to find your Visit report

1.   Go to the page Knowledge

            - Navigate to the page Organization via your dashboard, The main menu or click the link Organization.

2.   Click on Visit reports in the side menu

            - In the menu on the left-hand side, select the Visit Reports tab.


3.   Scroll through the list of Visit reports, or use a filter or the search bar for quicker access

            - Visit reports are displayed chronologically, with the most recent ones at the top. 

            - Just below the page title, you’ll find a dropdown menu. Select the locations you want to view visit reports for. 

            - Optionally, use the search bar to look for a specific word or phrase.


4.   Click View to open a visit report

            - In the list of visit reports, you see a View button on the right side of each row. Click it to open the visit report.

 

Elements on the screen

On the page Visit reports, you see the following elements on  your screen:

  • Page Title: Visit reports 
  • Location Selection: In the dropdown menu, click on a location to display the visit reports for that location(s).
  • Search Bar: In the search bar at the top of the page, you can search the content of visit reports. 
  • Visit Reports List: Displays all visit reports for the selected location(s). Each row contains: 

- Week: The week the consultant made a visit. 

- Date: Date of the visit. 

- Title: The title of the report, as entered by the consultant. 

- Location: The location for which the visit report was written. 

- Consultant: The Koppert consultant or advisor who created the report.
