How to open the Planner

Step 1: Click on Order

 - Click on the Order tile on the Home page, or in the main menu at the top of your screen. 

Step 2: Click on Planner

-Click on Planner from the sidebar on the left or use the link Planner.

How to use the Planner View-Mode

Planner (View-mode) is meant to help you analyze order-history and do future planning. It gives you a clear overview of what you've ordered and when, helping you make informed decisions about product usage and costs. You can see how many units you've ordered per week or month, or per location.

Start with your filters

• Locations & Week selection: First, select the locations you want to include in your overview, and choose the weeks you want to analyze. This sets the scope for your planning.

Use product grouping to analyze usage 

• Products – See how much of each product you've ordered over time. 
• Units per Product – Multiplies the number of products by the number of beneficials (Bio’s) in each product.
• Grouped by Beneficial – Combine products that contain the same beneficial organism to see total number of beneficials released per location or even per square meter. 

Find products quickly 

• Use the Search Box: Use the search box to find your products quickly by Latin name, Product name or -code.

Elements on the screen 

On the page Planner, below the Title we see the following options in the tool-bar: 

•  Locations: Filter out locations you want or do not want in your overview by (de)selecting them. You can use the search functions to find your location quickly. 
• Grouping: Change the 'Grouping' to see how many products or Bio's you've ordered per week. Besides grouping by number of products, or units per product (products multiplied by the number of bugs in the product), or units grouped by beneficial (where units are summed if two products contain the same bug. 
• Order mode (visible if you have ordering rights): Toggle on order-mode if you wish to place an order.
• Search bar: Find specific products you've ordered, by searching for product-name, -code, or latin name.
• Week selection: Select the weeks you want in your overview. This affects which weeks and which products are shown in the overview (the planner only shows the products you've ordered in the selected period). If you select a longer period it might take a bit longer to load all your order information in the planner. 
• A Grey side-scroll-bar: Use the grey side-scroll-bar above the week numbers to navigate the timeline (navigate through the weeks)

On the page Planner, below the Toolbar we see the following elements: 

• Location name(s): All locations that have been selected in the location filter are shown. Click on any location name to display the full name, and address.
• Week numbers: The numbers of the week, as selected in the week selection.
• Products: Below each location name you find the products that have been ordered in the selected period. Change the 'Grouping' to see ho
• Order quantities: Hover your mouse above order quantities to see the shipping-date
