Analysis Page

Modified on Tue, 19 Dec, 2023 at 11:46 AM

The analysis page provides the opportunity to analyze values of pests, natural enemies, diseases, and pollination in a graph for different locations and departments. This allows the discovery of trends for various pests in the greenhouse, enabling timely action to control pests.

In the filter, you can select different pests, natural enemies, diseases, and pollination. Subsequently, you can choose the location, department, and period. Additionally, a calculation method can be determined (absolute or based on increase). It is also possible to export the entered data as a CSV file or Excel file for record-keeping.

1. Filter

In the filter, you can choose which pests, natural enemies, diseases, and pollination should be displayed in the graph. Click on the checkboxes next to the options to select them.

2. Locatie en afdeling

Select the location and department on which the analysis should be based.

3. Period

Choose a start and end date to establish the period for which the analysis should be conducted. Click on the calendar icon to display the calendar for selecting the start and end dates. In addition to selecting periods by date, predefined periods such as "Last month," "Last three months," "Last six months," and "Last year" can be chosen.

4. Calculation Method

Select the calculation method on which the trend in the graph should be based. "Increase" shows the difference between values compared to the previous scout session at the same location. "Absolute" is the observed value for that week. On the graph, this is an average of all increases, while on the map, the Increase is shown per location.

5. Export

Click the Export button to export the data as a CSV file or Excel file and save it on the computer.

6. Graph / Map

The graph displays various values resulting from scout sessions. Monitor developments in pest pressure on the graph over several weeks, or use the map to assess the situation in your department each week.

7. Pest Pressure: Average per department/average per m²/Total per department

Pest pressure is displayed in the graph based on the chosen option among the three possibilities.

8. Interactive Graph Elements / Reset Button

Within the graph, it is possible to click on various interactive elements. If multiple pests, natural enemies, diseases, and pollination are selected, they can be individually selected by clicking on the icons below the graph legend.

For each scout method, a y-axis is displayed in the graph. Clicking on different y-axes makes only the line corresponding to that y-axis visible. Clicking on the y-axis highlights all scout data recorded with that scout method. Clicking the reset button restores the graph to its original state.

Hover over one of the lines in the graph to highlight it.

10. Treatments

In the separate section below the graph, the treatments entered on the Treatments page are displayed. Weekly, it shows the quantity and types of biological and chemical treatments applied. Click on a treatment or week to navigate to the details of that treatment.
